It is aimed at tourists, expats, Erasmus students, digital nomads, business travellers and residents who may not have a SIP card, Spanish insurance or a local GP registration.
Consultations take place by video from wherever you are, including a hotel, apartment, student housing, office or home. The site says most patients speak to a doctor within about 15 minutes, and appointments are available every day from 7 AM to 11 PM. Doctors can give medical advice, discuss treatment options and issue an online prescription when it is clinically appropriate.
The service is for non-emergency concerns such as common infections, minor illnesses, prescription renewals and general medical advice. For emergencies, including chest pain, difficulty breathing or serious injury, the site directs patients to the nearest hospital emergency department or to call 112.
