Luana Senior Living is a rental retirement community being developed on the Costa del Sol by Eurofund Group. It is aimed at independent people aged 65 and over who want an active lifestyle with services and amenities included in the rent. Homes are one- and two-bedroom apartments, with studios also planned at one of the two sites.
Two projects are announced. Luana El Paraíso is in El Paraíso, Estepona, with 129 apartments and direct views over the El Paraíso golf course. Luana Miraflores is at the Miraflores Golf Club in Mijas, with 150 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Both are described on the website as coming soon.
Residents are to have access to communal spaces and services including a concierge, restaurants and a café, lounges, library, cinema, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, paddle court, hair salon and communal terraces. Medical consultations, health specialists, physiotherapy, laundry and cleaning and hospital transfers are also listed. The website does not publish rental prices.
