1. Initial contact: you are introduced to the International Landlords / Lettings & Completions Solutions team and assigned a dedicated account manager.

2. Purchase support: the team provides advice through purchase to practical completion and coordinates with developers for handovers and construction updates.

3. Finance & set‑up: they liaise with their Finance team to identify suitable mortgage/finance options and transactional solutions for non‑resident buyers.

4. Lettings & management: the dedicated property manager sources tenants (including corporate and institutional tenants), provides rental forecasting and offers full lettings and management services.

5. Tax & accounts: they oversee non‑resident HMRC registration, prepare monthly statements and submit annual tax returns on your behalf.
