ASISA Health Insurance is the ASISA product created for English speakers who live in, visit or are relocating to Spain. ASISA describes itself as a cooperative of doctors and one of the largest private healthcare networks in Spain.

The product is offered for full-time and part-time residents, visitors with second homes, students and others who want private healthcare in Spain. ASISA publishes an instant price calculator, options with or without excess (co‑payment), and issues digital and plastic membership cards and contract documents in English.

1. Use the online instant price calculator to get a quote (select with or without excess/co‑payment).

2. Complete the online application: provide passport details, a correspondence address in Spain and complete the online health questionnaire; choose payment method (credit/debit card for no‑copay yearly policies or Spanish direct debit for co‑payment options).

3. Once accepted you receive a digital membership card, Welcome Pack and contract by email; a plastic card is posted to the correspondence address.

4. For visa/residency proof, choose the policy without co‑payment and request the certificate/documentation needed for consular presentation; ASISA provides English support via phone and email.
